1. Service Description:

Toolbox Talk Level: Subscribers receive weekly toolbox talks via AWS SES email delivery, with English and Spanish PDF attachments stored in AWS S3. Historical talks are accessible during the subscription term through secure presigned URLs that expire after 30 seconds.
QR Code Level: Users can upload documents to an AWS S3 file browser, place external links, and have access to a fillable forms system. Forms are available for $100 each. QR code stickers can be purchased at market rate. Storage is limited to what's reasonable for construction businesses. QR codes are generated with unique UUIDs for security.

2. User Obligations:

Use the service responsibly, in line with its intended purpose, securing your account, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property:

Structured Safety LLC owns all rights to toolbox talks, form designs, and service components. Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents and form submissions but grant us the right to use this content to provide the service.

4. Payment Terms:

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Additional charges for forms and QR stickers will be invoiced with a payment window of 30 days, after which a 50% late fee applies.

5. Account Management:

QR code scanning grants access to documents and forms without a login. Some form data access or editing might require a login.

5. Data Security:

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

HTTPS encryption for all web traffic
Secure session cookies
XSS protection and content security policies
Short-lived (30-second) document access URLs
Unique UUIDs for QR code generation

While we maintain these security measures, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and controlling access to your QR codes.

6. Termination:

You may terminate your subscription at any time through our customer portal, but no refunds are provided for the remaining billing period. After termination, you have 30 days to retrieve your data. For QR code services, existing QR codes will cease to function upon termination. We maintain the right to terminate services for violation of these terms or extended payment delinquency.

7. Liability and Warranties:

Structured Safety LLC provides the service "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or inability to recover lost data.

8. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration rather than court proceedings. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.

9. Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms. Changes will be reflected when you view this document, and for significant changes, we might notify you via email. Pricing changes for stickers/forms will be communicated at the time of purchase.
