A few things you might be wondering.

Do crews need an app or an account?

No app is required. Crews scan a QR code with their phone camera to open shared documents and public forms. Pro also supports login-required forms when you need to identify the person submitting.

Which plan includes digital forms?

Business and Pro include unlimited custom forms and submissions, photo uploads, email notifications, and PDF exports. Essential includes toolbox talks and QR document access.

How do I share my QR code with the crew?

Open “View QR Code” from your dashboard, save the image, and print it for jobsite entrances, noticeboards, or your own labels. Update your online documents without reprinting the code. Physical stickers are not included with subscriptions.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can change plans through your billing portal. Choose Essential for talks and documents, Business for digital forms and multiple administrators, or Pro for crew login accountability.

Can my foremen receive the weekly talks directly?

Yes. Every plan includes up to 10 toolbox talk email recipients. Add your foremen and safety leads under the delivery tab in your toolbox talk library. Recipients do not need an account and do not use administrator seats.
